2. Inspection & Diagnosis An inspection or visiting charge may apply depending on the appliance and issue. Final repair cost will be communicated only after inspection. Customer approval is required before proceeding with repairs.

3. Pricing & Payments All prices are transparent and discussed prior to repair work. Prices may vary depending on appliance condition, spare parts required, and complexity of repair. Payments must be made upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Spare Parts We use genuine or high-quality compatible spare parts for repairs. Cost of spare parts is charged separately unless mentioned otherwise. Availability of spare parts depends on brand and model.

5. Service Warranty Limited service warranty may be provided on selected repairs or spare parts. Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, voltage fluctuations, water damage, or unauthorized repairs after our service. Warranty terms will be explained at the time of service.

6. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide correct information about the appliance issue. Easy access to the appliance should be ensured during service.Smart Care India is not responsible for delays caused due to customer unavailability or incorrect details.

7. Cancellations Service bookings can be cancelled by informing us in advance. If a technician has already been assigned or visited, inspection charges may apply.

8. Liability Smart Care India is not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to the reported problem. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from appliance breakdowns.

9. Independent Service Provider Smart Care India is an independent appliance repair service provider and is not an authorized service center unless explicitly stated.

10. Changes to Terms Smart Care India reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Hubli, Karnataka.
