2. What the Warranty Covers Recurrence of the same issue repaired by Smart Care India. Defects related to the replaced spare part, if covered under warranty terms.
3. What the Warranty Does NOT Cover Warranty will be void in the following cases: Physical damage or mishandling of the appliance Electrical issues due to voltage fluctuations, short circuits, or power surges Water damage, fire damage, or natural calamities Unauthorized repairs or modifications done by third parties Normal wear and tear or issues unrelated to the repaired part.
4. Warranty Claim Process Customers must contact Smart Care India within the warranty period to report the issue. Our technician will inspect the appliance to verify the warranty claim. If the issue is covered under warranty, it will be rectified at no additional labor cost.
5. Spare Parts Warranty Warranty on spare parts is subject to manufacturer terms (if applicable). Parts replaced outside warranty or due to misuse are chargeable.
6. Service Visit Charges Service or inspection charges may apply for warranty visits if the issue is found outside warranty coverage.
